Battle Fitness offers live virtual training to reduce capacity for the safety and comfort of clients. One-on-one personal training is offered both in personal and virtual training settings. Semi-private personal training has primarily transitioned to live virtual training settings with limited in-person visits for progress updates. During in-person visits, Battle Fitness is following CDC guidelines which include: maintaining 6 feet of distance between clients, wearing masks and during training, staff wear masks and gloves and disinfect surfaces touched during training.

Though there are many great places to get a good workout, at Battle Fitness what separates us is the dedication to the achievement of overall  Body Transformation results.

A Battle Fitness Body Transformation Journey consists of a combination of weekly consulting and individualized personal training aimed to get each client from the body they have to the body they’ve always wanted!

Partial journeys vary between four to twelve weeks and full transformations require a minimum of twenty-six weeks to complete.

Yes, it is most common for clients to do multiple Body Transformation Journeys as their goals change.

Consulting varies based on client type but averages out to be within an eight to fifteen dollar a day investment.

As a luxury service, personal training prices vary based on setting and level of service. For a general list of local personal training prices visit this article. Aiming to be as affordable as possible, Battle Fitness offer semi-private training options allowing clients to share the premium cost of Master level personal training. Exact pricing is calculated based on setting type of training and amount of sessions selected based on each clients Body Transformation needs assessed during the Body Diagnostic.

Yes, payment installments are available.

Times of training depend on type of personal training sessions selected. In studio one-on-one and semi-private sessions are available Monday, Wednesdays and Friday afternoons and evenings. The studio session schedule can be found here.

Yes, a combination of training settings can be chosen.

Semi-private personal training allows for flexibility of temporary schedule changes and make-up sessions as long as all program sessions are completed within the predetermined Body Transformation time frame. 

Yes, personal training sessions are rescheduled for either earlier in the day or for an alternate day in observation of holidays.

If any additional information is needed that cannot be satisfied with the information provided on this site, scheduling a Body Diagnostic is your next step. During your Body Diagnostic, we will speak in detail about your fitness goals and you will receive a sample workout. The Body Diagnostic is not a commitment to signing up for a program, but if the program looks like a good fit for me and a good fit for you, together we will begin to design a Body Transformation plan, decide an ideal schedule/session type, pick a payment option and begin the Journey from the body you have to the body you have always wanted!

It is preferred for clients to begin their customized Body Transformation Journey on a Monday within thirty days of the initial Body Diagnostic.
